How To Become a Personal Shopper
Currently we are looking for people live in Portland, Oregon area only.
What is a personal shopper?
A personal shopper shops items requested by our customers in Japan.
A personal shopper uses his/her credit cards, Paypal or other payment methods to order. When the order arrives, check if the items are correct and bring to us-buyer.com warehouse in Hillsboro.
We pay after the order was processed in the warehouse.

- You don’t need to select products and list on shopping site. You just order items at specified site.
- We set amount we pay. You can use coupon codes and rebates by yourself.
- You don’t need to communicate with customers.
- No need to pack and ship (Personal Shoppers in Portland Oregon area)
- You need to communicate with us-buyer.com if needed. But generally no communication needed.

Personal Shopper Registration
Please register at Personal Shopper Registration Page.
- Currenctly, person in Portland Oregon area only please.
- We pay by zelle. You need a bank account which can accept zelle payment. Please enter phone number which is tie to your bank account.

See Orders
You can see orders requested by customers in “Available” tab.
Order Page
You can see the order details by clicking Order# .
「Out of Stock?」は、複数の商品がありそのうちのどれが売り切れだった場合の対応方法で以下の3種類あります。
If there are multiple items and one of them was out of stock, please see “Out of Stock?“.
There are 3 options.

Take an Order
If you found an order you can do, click “I take this order!” button on right below.
The order moves to “My Orders“
Placing Order
Beware below when ordering.
- You can use coupon codes, rebates and so on. But please order at the specified site. If the same item is listed in different site at cheaper price, most likely it is NOT the same item.
- If you receive wrong item (Quantity, Size, Color, etc), we ask you to exchange to the correct one. So please be careful when ordering.
- If there are multiple items and some of them are out of stock, please refer “Out of Stock?”
When finished ordering, press “I have ordered the items” button.
When you received Ship Notification from the store, please enter the Tracking # in “US Tracking # ” field and press “Save” button.
If you have any questions, use Chat.
Delivery
When you received the order, please check if it is correct item, quantity and no damage. Then bring it to our warehouse in Hillsboro.
Please write the Order# on the package.
Payment
We pay after we check the items and stored in warehouse.
We pay to your bank account by zelle.
お支払いは zelle で銀行口座へ送金します。Please make sure that your bank account accepts payment by zelle.
We will send the payment to your registered phone number. Please make sure that the registered phone# is your bank account’s phone#.
Please Note
- If wrong items are delivered, we ask you to exchange to the correct item. So please order carefully.
- We can not pay for wrong item even if it was the shop’s mistake sending the wrong item.
- We can not pay for out of stock item or canceled order which you were notified after placing the order.
- Personal Shoppers to whom we pay more than $600.00 in the year, we need issue Form 1099. We will ask your SSN when tax return.
